On Becoming A Teenager

On my 13th birthday I felt so happy. I’m happy that I’m a teenager because I get to sign up for websites without faking my date of birth, get to graduate from middle school (I’m in eighth grade), and get to be a teenager instead of a kid. Being a teenager is very cool. I always wanted to be one since I was 11 because my brother who is my best friend was elated about that status.
On the other hand, being a success minded teenager is also very challenging. You have to make good grades in high school to get to college, choose a college to go to, choose a great career, and never give up on your dreams. Ever since I was 12, my Mom and my Dad always told me: “Make good grades and never give up”. If I don’t make good grades, I cannot get into college, I will have a low pay check, and I will make little money to support my family when that time comes.
I love my dad because he helps teenagers just like me to be more successful. I understand if I am not successful, I won’t do well in life. If I am successful, I will make lots of cash for my family when I get older.
I am going to tell a little bit about myself. My name is Jefferri Andrews (Some of you already know that). I turned 13 years old on July 8th. I have 2 brothers named Jonathan and Jamison. I love writing, singing, dancing, and creating things. My favorite sports are basketball, baseball, and football. My hobbies are making YouTube videos, blogging, and writing, making movie scripts, and helping people with their computer. I first started movie scripts when I started writing one without the knowledge of my Dad in 2006. When dad found out he immediately started mentoring me. I know being a teenager is tough but, I got to do what I got to do to make a living when I am older. I have one advice for any teen reading this article, Stay in high school and study hard or else you won’t succeed!
